Day 8: Magic Kingdom

Everyone loves the Magic Kingdom.  It is so much bigger than the other parks.  When we arrived, David and Carson were off to get fast passes for Peter Pan.  Haylee and I waited to see some autographs from some princesses.  Cinderella was first and I took one picture, when the camera said, "memory card full."  WHAT!!!!  I was not happy.  I tried to figure out how to delete a few pictures but I was afraid that I would delete all of them. They also move you through the line quickly so, I didn't have time to mess around with the camera.  Luckily, I remembered that I had my cell phone, so those pictures will have to do.

Sleeping Beauty was up next.

Then Rapunzel....oh my.. she talked Haylee's ear off the whole time.  She said, " I love your pigtails.  I used to wear pigtails but now I have so much hair that they won't fit through the door".... she just went on and on...
Once we were finished we were off to rides some rides..
The Buzz Lightyear ride is so much fun!!
The we went to the Laugh Floor from Monster's Inc.  It's an interactive show hosted by Mike.
Then we continued toward Fantasyland and ran into White Rabbit from Alice in Wonderland.
Next we rode the Tea Cups... of course the kids wanted to spin it around extra fast...
I told them near the end and luckily it stopped before they could spin it very much.
Then we ran into Tigger and Pooh.
It was time to grab lunch and a place to watch the parade.
More rides were up next...
The Haunted Mansion
Carson was so excited to ride it's a small world...
David on the other hand likes to do this....
Haylee loves this ride too....  but I love the Peter Pan ride...
Finally time to use those fast passes...
Love this ride!!
 Coming Soon....
Just another reason we will need to come back in a few years..
Then we headed to the new part of Fantasyland.
It was hard to get great pictures because it was so crowded.
Beauty and the Beast area
We couldn't even go inside to look at the restaurant.
Gaston's Tavern
Disney never forgets details..
Then we moved to The Little Mermaid area
 The Castle
The ride was fun.
That about wrapped up the day.  It was so crowded and hot.  We rode the 50 to the 8 and finally arrived back at our resort about 2 hours later.  It was time for a little swim and dinner before an early bed time because we plan to spend the whole day out tomorrow to see some of the night time shows.

Day 7: Hollywood Studios

Today was Carson's choice of parks and he chose Hollywood Studios.  So after several bus changes, we finally made it.
We headed straight to the Toy Story Mania to get Fast Passes since the line was over an hour wait.
We ran into some Green Army Men.

We just continued from where we were and headed to the Backlot Tours.  Here they show you how movie scenes are made.
Before...
After...
After the ride, we ran into these guys....
Where's Carson???
Up next was the Muppets in 3D.  The kids love this show.
We just continued down the path and we saw these two....
Up next.....

As we made our back to the front, we rode The Great Movie Ride and saw this 'goofy' guy..
We decided to cool off in a building and saw these characters...
There were two shows that started at the same time.  Haylee wanted to see one and Carson wanted to see the other one.  So we split up for a short time and each one was able to do what they wanted.
Haylee went to the Little Mermaid Show.
Carson went to the Disney Jr show and then saw some of his 'buddies'
It was about an hour before we could use or Fast Passes for Toy Story Mania, so we decided to see Woody and Buzz since the wait for that was about an hour.  Thankful there were things to do to keep the kids entertained during the wait.
Finally....
FINALLY!!!  This is my favorite ride...  It's a must do!!
It still took us 15-20 minutes to get through the Fast Pass lane.
So excited!!!
Keeping with the Toy Story theme it was "linner" time as Haylee calls it.. (lunch/dinner).
We headed to Pizza Planet.
After 'linner' we headed to the Beauty and the Beast show.  AWESOME!!!
Next it was a cool treat...
Mickey Bars..... another must do!!
I think he liked it.
We convinced the kids to ride Star Tours.  It's a 3D motion ride.  Carson really didn't want to ride it but afterwards, he was ready to ride it again.
Trying to help Carson 'fly'
The kids want to go play on the Honey I Shrunk the Kids Movie Set.
Which was fine with me so I could sit and rest.
Waiting on the huge water gun to shoot them with water.
We had a little time before the night time show, so went to see Sorcerer Mickey.
We stayed all day so that we could see the night time show....Fantasmic.. another must see!

We had a great day!!! Tomorrow.. Magic Kingdom
