Day 5

This was our last morning not much time to do anything.
We packed and then had a quick breakfast at our favorite place.
Our van arrived right on time to take us to the airport.
Once all of the bags and people were loaded, we headed to the airport.
The ride was very scary and bumpy but we made it in one piece.
Finally, we made it on the plane but it took us all day to get home.

We have so many GREAT memories from this amazing trip!!
Blessed with great friends!!

DAY 4

We couldn't break our tradition for breakfast.
Our next stop was Battery Park and the Statue of Liberty.
Wait...that's not the real Statue of Liberty...
There she is...

Then it's time to eat again....  We went to Carmine's.
YUMMY pasta and lemon chicken
Our next stop was to the Plaza Hotel to go to the Eloise store.
Relaxing....
We took a quick trip through FAO Schwarz.
After seeing some of the candy they had, we decided to go to a "real" candy store.
We headed to Dylan's Candy Bar.
Haylee getting some spring candy corn..they were very tasty.
All of our purchases...we even got some to take home to the boys
This was our last night in New York and we had to go back to Junior's for cheesecake.
I am not a big fan of cheesecake but this was pretty good.
Haylee even ate some.
Thanks to Leslie and Mandy for inviting us on this trip!!!
We had a great time!!
One more stop before heading back to the hotel....the new DISNEY store.

Day 3: HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY

Everyone is up and dressed in GREEN.
We needed to get out of Times Square as quickly as possible because of the parade.
But first.... we had to have breakfast at our favorite deli..
Then we headed to China Town for some shopping...just one little problem...
This is the way most shops looked..closed...  We did not have much luck in China Town but the girls did wait patiently while the mom's  tried to do some shopping.
Then it was lunch time.. PIZZA again...
This time we went to America's first pizzeria... Lombardi's...
Continuing our tour of Little Italy.. it was time for dessert..
We continued walking and headed to the area of Tribeca....
this is the only thing I could find to prove we had been there.
We continued to the Scholastic Book store.. it was AWESOME!!
The Magic School Bus...
Haylee reading a book while sitting on a dinosaur.
The we continued walking through SoHo.
Then it was time to hop on the subway and head to Ground Zero.
We also went into St. Paul's Chapel.
Next we headed to Grand Central Station...
We were so tired tonight that supper was from the hot dog stand on the corner.
We also had more dessert from Little Italy.
All in all... another great day!!
